What is coaching?
Coaching is a unique way to help people improve any and all areas of their life. Coaching should not be confused with counseling or therapy, however it is as effective.
Coaching does not focus on the past, instead it uses the past as a springboard to help identify what you want and desire for your present and future.
My coaching style is congruent with the Erickson Coaching Institute. It is a solution-focused methodology which is based on proven tools, techniques and processes that provide clients with the means to create personal and transformational change.
